Reaching Societal Transformation?
1. actively research, make known and support organisation/corporation's that:
- supporting Female employee's
- supporting Female health program's
- have high level's of Female management
2. actively research and deliberatly avoid organisation/corporation's that:
- worst policies regarding Female's
- have no Female management
3. Purchase product's designed for the Female market. This promote's development, marketing and generally support's the continued presence of specialty product's for Females.
4. Donate to charities and program's supporting Female's (abused wife, Female Medical research, etc)
5. Develop code's of chivilary toward's Female's and introduce these as your normal behaviour, ie: open a door (but do not use it for an excuse to look/perve at her). If challenged as being sexist, politely indicate you are 'happy to help' or 'at your service'.
