The World is run by a single government, and it is comprised of a Worldwide Council of representatives.
Each representative is the head of state for a particular Primary Regional Area.
The Primary Regional Area's, or Nation's, are defined by the tectonic fault boundaries between geological plates of the Earths crust.
These boundaries are used as they represent the expression of the Earth's Goddess energy onto the blank male planet, creating distinct geographical division's.
Secondary Regional Area's, or State's, are extrapolation's of the Primary Regional boundary shape if the Nation is of sufficient size, otherwise the State's function's is absorbed by that Nation.
Tertiary Regional Area's are determined by population distribution which in itself is generally a by-product of the Earth's natural surface features or resource distribution.
Earth's Goddess energy is the Female energy of life and change.
The moon is an example of what the Earth would look like without an atmosphere, aquasphere or lifeforms, and as such represents the male energy.
This Earth and Moon relationship support's the Gynarchical Basis for Female Supremacy advocated in the Office of Gynarchical Transformation.
Their is no reasons for North, or South, to be at the top of a map as navigation is a relational art.
The Earth is represented upside down from conventional map's due to signify the new world created by the worldwide adoption of Gynarchy.
The Gynarchical government is centered around the belief of Feminine Supremacy.
This may exist locally as religion, scientific reality or socio-sexual choice, and as such the worldwide government would not dictate the culture of the societies, but would require adherance to the fundemental mechanism's of global Feminine Supremacy, and political processes of worldwide Gynarchy.
